"All the Features I was looking for ..." on
Pros: I very reluctantly purchased this camcorder because of it's size. However, I kept getting struck by the reality that this was the only camcorder that had all the features I was looking for. For example; high megapixel still camera, built in flash, built i
Cons: None, really!

"Excellent Combination of Video/Photo" on
Pros: Video Quality is very good. The picture quality is very good. 4.13 Megapixel!!
Cons: Tape ejection is a bit tricky. Kind of bulky, but to have two quality products in one is definately and advantage.

"Run away from this camera...fast!" on by cowboy255
Pros: Dedicated still shot 4 Mega Pixel
Cons: Reminds me of the generic VCR/DVD combo players
Summary: 90 day warranty. 6 months the still pic broke down, and 4 weeks later the video broke down. $700 video camera, out of warranty, and a $400 repair estimate. I should have checked this camera on CNET for rating first (5.5 out of 10) I would have bought a comparable Panasonic (8) or Sony (7.7) instead. Transition from still pix to video and vice versa is painfully slow.

"Great for someone new to digital photography" on by medicknights
Pros: 2 cameras in one
Cons: experienced digital photofolks may want more features
Summary: For the new digital photographer, this camera is everything in one package. No need to carry a still camera and a video camera. The video is decent and the still pics are clear enough for my canon pixma to print with great clarity. Bsic functions in XP are easy enough for almost anyone to use without too much fuss.
Experienced digifotofolk will find the features too basic for their needs. -

Cons: The display is rather small, and the battery life is a bit short.
