Cons None thus far, except this feature should have been available in initial product feature listing rather than digging for user manual.
Summary Samsung's product support was very prompt and helpful regarding this inquiry, I would like to recall the previous neg. post indicating NO lanyard.
Ref. HMX-W300BN user PDF manual pg.16 item # 14 supports indication of product lanyard hook.
