Cons: None thus far, except this feature should have been available in initial product feature listing rather than digging for user manual.
Summary: Samsung's product support was very prompt and helpful regarding this inquiry, I would like to recall the previous neg. post indicating NO lanyard.
Ref. HMX-W300BN user PDF manual pg.16 item # 14 supports indication of product lanyard hook.
