"Great for outdoors..not so great indoors"
Pros: took this unit on vacation to ST.Thomas and the outdoor quality was superb. The Easy Q button feature makes it a breeze to use this camcorder. Pictures outdoors are crisp and clear.. and there is a windcut feature that keeps that annoying wind sound off
Cons: Not so great indoors. You need plenty of lighting to get a decent shot. The built in light is not powerful enough to compensate unless you are taking extreme close ups. Digital still shots are grainy. It takes memory stick which is nice, but not worth

Pros: The "NITE PIX" mode is great. It really is very clear even in compleat darkness. The size of the cam is not to small and not to large, it fit's my hand perfectly and comfortably. Lot's of features! Connects directly to computer via a USB cable.
Cons: I haven't had a problem with it but I've heard that it has low batt life. Like I said though, I haven't had that problem myself.

Pros: Easy to use. Extra features could be very handy if I can just find enough light.
Cons: Not good for indoor shooting. Nite Pix is really infra red and it sucks! Poor video quality. Still pictures are easy to take but again is have to in day light for it to matter. No amount of editing on the pc will make a difference if the picture quality i
