Cons: None, no charging problems here. I have charged it with my laptop, my pc, and I have also used my Droid charger. The Droid charger charges it faster and doesnt seem to hurt the battery. Even if it did, I would buy another one and do the same thing.
Summary: My 4 star rating is a comparison to cameras of equal cost. I couldn't give it a five because it is not the best camera out there. I give it 4 because it is as good as the best camera out there. I use it on linux and windows both and have no problems. I dont use the included software so I can't give an opinion on it. Be aware it only does 29 minutes continuous per recording. The battery isnt dead or anything. You just have to start recording again. This camera is for a quick video here and there. Not a problem for me. Camera is an excellent choice!
