    Pros: will not charge the batteries after trying 2 different puters and 4 different USB ports and 2 different batteries. It's totally busted! Called Sony they want me to pay shipping to see if their piece of junk actually works. Great customer service NOT.

    Cons: NOTHING Good

    Summary: It doesn't work and Sony doesn't care. Don't waste your money!

    LOL, can I ask. Did or Did you not buy the product in the cheapest (online)store you could find. Cause that is a good question for yourself
