"Poor Reliability, Poor Warranty, Poor Support, Poor Company"
Pros: Nice to look at and hold.
Cons: Video Unit goes dead after light use. Sony unresponsive.
Summary: Judging from the number of complaints similar to mine I think this unit has some type of defect that Sony has not admitted to. Ours went dead the second time we used it. It was out of warranty ( warranty is only 90 days) the first time we used it. After several adversarial conversations with Sony they overed to repair it for Labor cost only - $233.82. Stay away from this there are better deserving companies to do business with.
