"Camcorder stopped working"
Pros: Wonderful camcorder....when it was working
Cons: It stopped working
Summary: You've read the wonderful reviews about this camcorder on this site, and they are all true. This is a feature risk, quality camera. However, regardless how wonderful the features, they are completely worthless if the camcorder won't boot up. A few days after the warranty period expired, the camera refused to boot up. I read the bad reviews warning of the tendency for Sony camcorders to suddenly "stop working", however, I chose to be swayed by the glowing reviews. Shame on me. I chose not to repair the camcorder, opting instead to purchase another brand. Shame on Sony for producing such a shoddy product!
