Pros: Easy to use and straight to your dvd player with no need for a computer. I will say that I dont understand why anyone would purchase this model over the dvd100. It can deliver up to 20 more lines of resolution over the lower model(dvd100), however doing

"Another 'Betamax-type' blunder!!"
Pros: Quality of videos, lens, etc.
Cons: Exclusive compatibility with the supplied Imagemixer software (which is horrendous). What where they thinking? Betamax redux?

Pros: Large LCD screen, good sound capability, good color reproduction
Cons: converts movies to MPEG2, a compressed (thus less quality) format that programs like Adobe Premiere Pro are not compatible with. Also, sound is recorded using the AC-3 codec, another incompatibility. The only editing suite that supports this camera is Ule

"Ease of use,Great picture,Sound is excellent, This is One Fine Handycam!"
Pros: I have used it for 2 weeks. Simple to use point and shoot, I love the picture and IN DVD material I have used some of the Manuel settings everything works fine. Have finalized 3 DVD-r no problem using them will be using the IN DVD -rw next.
Cons: Cost is high! and using it with a computer has it's challenges.The supplied software not user friendly. I Paid full price. But I wanted it Now. You can get it cheaper on the Net.
