"Very Good Glass"
Pros: Nice Lense, Good Viewfinder, Good LCD and Good Picture Quality
Cons: No Accessory Shoe
Summary: I bought this camera 4 months ago. I had a chice between this one and a Samsung. The Samsung had 34x optical zoom (vs 20x), the salesman mentioned that the Sony HC-28 would give better quality; and it does. The Carl Zeiss Lense (a Glass Lense) is excellent compared to that of the Samsung (which has a plastic lense). Remember... Samsung may have more features... Canon may have a big market share..... but Sony invented the Handycam.
