"Has its bad and good points"
Pros: small , lightweight, great picture on TV
Cons: Software is terrible, stills are not worth having, terrible customer service.
Summary: I brought my handycam only 2 weeks ago and about 3 days ago got a clean head warning appeared on the LCD I have'nt opened the tape compartment since i brought it and put one in. I've only used about 40 mins of recording. When I rang Sony Australia they were very unhelpful and basically told me it was my fault and if it was to break that would be the end of my viseo camera untill i paid to get it fixed, and wasnt covered by their warranty, I was planning to extend my warranty with them as i have 90 days to do so after purchase but if i get it for this problem im wasting my money as if the heads do die then im not covered and have to pay them to get it fixed. What is covered by there warranty, I dont think i can get my money back so am very worried that im stuck with a Lemon Dudd camera.
It is a great camera otherwise especially the video on the TV.
