Cons It is Standard Definition, and the lower resolution really makes it best for posting to sites like Youtube, etc, rather than trying to make some fancy DVD quality movie. Will look horrible on a high definition screen, due to resolution differences.
Summary Good bang for the buck, a great starter or Webvideo producing camera. Do not go into a $250-300 camcorder with lofty expectations of Hollywood style grandeur, and you'll be decently satisfied.
