Pros: Good long zoom for a cheap camera, good in low light and indoor situations, built in USB and a back up USB port that IS compatible with a standard 5 pin USB cable should the built-in fray or stop working. Expandable memory with SDHC cards up to 32 GB, pl

Cons: It is Standard Definition, and the lower resolution really makes it best for posting to sites like Youtube, etc, rather than trying to make some fancy DVD quality movie. Will look horrible on a high definition screen, due to resolution differences.

Summary: Good bang for the buck, a great starter or Webvideo producing camera. Do not go into a $250-300 camcorder with lofty expectations of Hollywood style grandeur, and you'll be decently satisfied.
