"Cheep way to start recording cycling video."
1.0 starson by bblodPros: Small and lightweight. Simple to use.
Cons: Goes through batteries quickly. Low quality video. Video waivers. Turns itself off at about 4 gigs of recording. Audio picks up lots of wind noise. Fixed the audio by putting some foam over the mike pickup.
Summary: Only works with AAA batteries, not the AA listed on the web site. Will use a 16 gig SD card as long as it's a class 4 or less. Faster cards will not be recognized. Video quality is not "fantastic" as the Vivitar web site would lead you to believe. The camera does NOT have a wide angle lens and the video is of low quality. Save your money and for a few bucks more, purchase a better camera.
