The PowerShot Digital IXUS V2 delivers high-quality, sharp photos with every shot no matter what the setting. This sleek addition to the Canon PowerShot family combines a stylish, brush-finish stainless steel body with a 2.0 MegaPixel CCD, Canon 2 x optical zoom lens, advanced 3-point AiAF focusing and evaluative exposure control. A combination of high-precision white balance, a wide range of manual and auto ISO-equivalent speed settings and improved image capturing optics deliver outstanding, high-resolution images under all conditions. The SI Sensor detects the variation between images taken vertically or horizontally resulting in sharper, accurately focused images that are also displayed on the LCD screen. The 3-point AiAF and Center Single Point Auto Focus ensure focus accuracy. The camera's photo effect modes allow vivid color, neutral color, low sharpening, sepia and black & white, color effect settings to be applied to still images, photo stitching and movies.
