"It may be old, but it still an awesome tool!" By Sho-off

Pros: Image Quality, ISO performance, buid quality, battery life, viewfinder, auto focus, full frame, shutter life (200,000), 16.7mp, raw file size, raw files compatible all my 2yr old programs so now need to upgrade :)

Cons: Weight, LCD size, low frames per second, camera bulk (but to be expected at this level), built in remote speedlight controller, dust on the sensor, accessing settings through multiple buttons pushed (ISO, drive, WB)

Summary: Considering this camera is now 5 year old technology, the images it produces are stunning. I can understand why this camera sold at such a high price in high numbers, as there was nothing like it. Since I'm only breaking into professional photography, this more than exceeds my needs ... "THE BEST CAMERA I HAVE EVER USED!" By Photographer95

Pros: The pros are that it has amazing resolution, great color reproduction, adjustable settings and features, a great grip and a sturdy body. Its pictures are beautiful and sharp.

Cons: When using the continuous shooting, the shutter sounds very annoying. It sounds like it is giving an enormous amount of effort and it takes a lot of time for it to process the files. It unfortunately requires high capacity memory cards(8GBminimum)

Summary: It functions amazingly and takes beautiful, sharp photos. You can make a 40- 45 inch enlargement at high dpi. It requires high capacity memory cards, especially in the RAW format. The shutter responds very quickly after the button is pressed. It is very sturdy, and its vertical grip is great. ... Expand full review
