5.0 starson by hjfokPros: Superb image quality even in low light. Ability to shoot 1080 HD video is an attractive bonus. The 24-105mm L class kit lens is a very good general purpose lens, a great match and bargain for this camera.
Cons: The fps is somewhat slow for sports actions and the HD video AF is poor (you will be better off using manual focus when using Live View HD video).
Summary: This is a superb D-SLR at a reasonable price. It is best for landscape, portrait and studio work that demands excellent image quality and details. This camera is however a little bit slow to be a serious sports action camera (but its excellent low light performance does allow one to use a fast lens to capture some decent night/indoor sports photos).
