"Nice improvements over Digital Rebel XT, but not a replacement for its current users."
Pros: Anti-dust features, improved AF
Cons: Small risk of increased noise
Summary: The Digital Rebel XTi is a minor update to the XT with several incremental improvements. The 9-point AF and anti-dust features are welcome, but the rest contribute more to marketing or UI than actual convenience or performance. The picture styles and auto-off LCD strike me as a bit gimmicky, the larger LCD is nice but not terribly important, and few people are going to want to shoot 27 JPEGs in a row, although the 10 frame RAW buffer might be useful. If you already have a Digital Rebel XT, keep it. Otherwise, the XTi is an excellent choice.
