For my first digital, and in fact first photo camera, this is perfect.
I like my Canon PowerShot A 400, it has good picture and is very easy to use, on the downside is a little to bulky and to heavy for my taste, also it eats battery like there is no tomorow. My 128 MB card is also geting a little to smoll.
Loking to upgrade my cammera whith a new one whith a 5-7 MP, 4-5x optical zoom and at least a 512 MB card

Summary
This camera was purchases for our small library. Was only occasionally used, and cared for with the utmost care. Stoped turning on just after warranty expiration. With the cost of dc in the mp rage decreasing, cost to repair this one is not justifiable.
