    "G7 is a great camera" on by RegoParkpoet

    Pros: I bought like new G7 (as demo model from B&H in NYC. After a little
    more than a year, I also had zoom lever problem. I am very careful with camera- only normal use,
    never dropped. always in a case Camera produces very professional image, fine finder,

    Cons: zoom lever problems after one year despite careful use-
    always in case, never dropped. Left home until used

    Summary: Fine camera- I have had Canon cameras all my life-
    maybe design flaw in camera ( weak spring)
    repair will be $150- I am disappointed-
    I dont want to give up camera
