"Outstanding travel camera"
Pros: Great still images; excellent movie feature
Cons: It's heavier, bulkier than most point and shoots
Summary: This camera is ideal for the photographic enthusiast who doesn't want to lug a cumbersome dSLR to Europe or other continents. I had planned to buy a dSLR, but settled on this model (which was a wise choice) for my upcoming trip to the Swiss alps. It takes far better photos than my previous 4MP point and shoot, and I'm learning to use the manual features (which is preparing me for the day I step up to a dSLR). All in all a great camera for those who want good images and the ease of an all-in-one camera. The movie feature is also terrific.
