Pros: Great picture quality, astounding optical zoom for this price and a great lens
Cons: None yet - given that the firmware upgraded cameras have fixed their AF flaws too!!
Summary: I had previously had a Canon Rebel SLR with 6.1 MP resolution. I was looking for an upgrade and was finding it hard to decide. Thats when a friend of mine recommended this camera. It has a 8 MP resolution and offers a fantastic 28-200mm zoom!! This kind of a professional lens at this price is unimaginable at this price. The pictures taken using this camera have been of astounding quality. Unlike the Canon rebel SLRs, it is very light weight and gets that professional look with its black body - feel it and you will love its ergonomic design. The flip open LCD screen is a very nice feature - kudos to Canon for a well thought feature. I love it and would highly recommend this camera to anyone. If anybody differs please ask him to look at the picture quality this camera can give you and he would most certainly fall for it!!!

After the firmware upgrade, I have nothing to crib about this camera. If your camera gives you great pictures, thats all you need to worry about and thats what this camera does. Use it and you will love it.
