"very nice little camera, feature packed"
Pros: good value, photo quality, macro feature
Cons: small and slippery
Summary: Haven't had it long but I'm impressed with everything so far. My sister has a similar recent model. She took pictures of a preying mantis in the macro mode that looked like something out of National Geographic.
10MP is as much as my full featured SLR has with more features also. Battery life seems decent. The viewfinder enables you to frame your pic even if the LCD is washed out in bright light. The LCD is bright enough to be seen in sunlight. The only down side I can see is how small and slippery the camera is. The wrist strap is essential. I also used some e-grips non slip pads on the side to make the camera less likely to slip out of y our hands.
The video feature won't replace a full camcorder but offers very decent video quality with reasonable length on a 1-2 GB SD card.
