"From this small camera comes big surprizes"
Pros: Too many to list here
Cons: Point and shoot only
Summary: These are the reasons I purchased this camera: Wide angle 28-105 lens. This camera has an optical image stabilizer, which is necessary for shooting under bright sun-light where LCD screens washout. Very easily pocket able; camera body has a comfortable feel to it. This small camera takes really good quality pictures. I've blown up to 8 1/2 x 11 with astounding results. The only cons I can point to, "no pun intended" is there are really no manual settings; otherwise a neat camera.

99.9% of the people who buy this camera would never use manual settings. Lack of manual settings is no drawback.
Also, there is no pun in your review. Look up "pun." -
bright scenes are some of the few that have NO need for optical image stabilization. How would stabilization help the LCD washing out? That's ridiculous. Stabilization is to eliminate shake when shutter speeds are low (dark scenes), and to allow slower shutter speeds than normal hand-held minimums.
