"Returned it... not a fan of the cradle...."
Pros: Very easy navigation, photos appeared great every so often
Cons: Low light pictures stink, blurry around the edges, cannot do nothing with this camera without its cradle
Summary: Took camera out to the zoo with family. When in broad daylight, first picture extrememly impressive, waited a couple minutes and shot the next one- blurry around the edges, out of focus in some places- and I shot the exact same subject in the exact same place in even brighter daylight without changing any options. This happened the whole day- one good and the next- something that wasn't so good. This is why I started to give this camera a very good rating, because the pictures were outstanding and then just medicore- so the average is very good. Wanted to show pics on my TV, but cannot do it without the cradle. Without a SD reader on a computer, you cannot see your pics outside the camera without the cradle. I wish Casio would catch up with competition and get rid of the cradle. This is the primary reason I returned the camera- I don't always have the room to take the cradle everywhere I go. This dropped my rating from very good to good. Antishake feature could be better and so could this camera taking pics in low light. Batteries don't seem to last as long as they should. Another complaint I have is that I wish Casio would consider using the other battery options that are available off the shelf in a store, to put in their cameras, vice making their customers buy additional rechargable batteries to bring them along and cradle in tow as well. This dropped my rating from good to average. I enjoy the flexability of Cannon and Sony cameras and will be purchasing a new digital camera from either Sony or Cannon in the near future. Casio shows promise, but needs to make adjustments in order to keep me as a customer. Perhaps they will in the future, but for now, I recommend you look elsewhere- esp. if Casio keeps charging the same price for thier cameras that isn't even in the same class as a Sony, Cannon, Panasonic, etc..
