"still great after years of use"
Pros: LCD, features, life
Cons: camera and screen size
Summary: Solid set of manual features. Fast LCD (no lag/smooth picture when moving camera) with a high pixel count. 123,000 in a 1.5'' screen is awesome; compare to new ones with larger screens, most aren't nearly as sharp. Optical viewfinder's are still good! And lots of buttons are nice vs. using menu's.
Decent video. Good autofocus. Great battery life. Surprisingly sturdy.
Not the cleanest pictures; cheapish lens and small sensor but 3MP is plenty. not ultracompact anymore (used to be the size of a cell phone) and LCD is obviously small.
Anyway; I'm looking for an upgrade but this still beats most UC's on the market due to having an optical viewfinder, Li-Ion battery, easy to use manual features, and a crisp screen.
