"Does what it's made for"
Pros: Tiny, fast, reliable, tiny, durable, did I mention tiny?
Cons: No zoom, only 2MP, small LCD screen, movie mode stinks, weak flash.
Summary: I've had this camera for about a year and a half and have had no problems with it. It's always in my pocket and I have taken over 1000 pics with zero errors. Included rechargable batteries last a while, even w/ flash (and if they go dead you can just buy some AAA's while on the road.) Picture quality is better than expected with only 2 megepixels and such a small lens, underexposure is slight problem (due to small lense) but with good light, this camera has no problems at all. Flash is weak but that's due to the small size... If you want a camera with all the bells and whistles it will be too big to carry--I've taken so many cool pics with this because it's easy to slip into my pocket and forget about. Try that with a dSLR! It fills its niche quite nicely.
Today I would get the Sony L1, as it addresses the zoom, LCD size, movie mode, and megapixel complaints, while keeping the camera small. Three friends also have this camera and have had no problems.
