"not meant to be the only one you have"
Pros: Easy to carry,ok pics
Cons: I miss the zoom,but that's ok,you can have another camera for that special picture! Battery life is not very good with either rechargeble or alcaline

"Best option available for underwater camera"
Pros: Best option in the current market if you are looking for a underwater/water-proof digital camera (except for diving). My Cybershot P5 got a bit problematic after just a little water splash accident. But the $250 underwater camera case is to expensive and
Cons: Picture quality is slightly not as good as other cameras. No zoom. One-hand operations is awkward for most people and the photo others took for me often turn out a bit tilted.

Cons: the power cable accessory should not be listed as above for this camera. The U60 will not accept a power cable, and does not even have a place to plug one in. Whoever put this ad together screwed up !

"Great camera for active use or backup role"
Pros: This camera works great for dirty hiking climbing, sandy waterprone conditions. It's waterproof feature worked great on a recent trip to Maui. The underwater compensation works as advertised and picture quality was good.
Cons: The lack of a zoom limits this camera to a backup role if you have a better camera to use. However, it's ruggedness makes it the only camera to take with you in other circumstances where a nicer camera might fail.
