Summary: The cradle was very handy,it was simple to use, and this camera took excellent pictures, while it lasted (about 9 months), customer service is difficult to deal with. When it stopped working they would not repair, as it has a teeny tiny scratch on it. So if you want their warranty to cover repairs, the case needs to be in pristine condition, or they will charge you an arm and a leg to fix. I suggest then, just keeping it in the original box, and not using it. As mine had normal wear. Luckily I bought an extended warranty through NEW, and they were going to repair it for me, but alas, the part was no longer available. So upon NEW's suggestion, bought a Kodak, as they felt they had great customer service. Bottom line, unless you can afford to buy a new one in 9 months, I would look at other options. Fuji should stand behind their products.

Pros: sharp pictures at first
Cons: CCD doesn't last very long
Summary: I bought this camera about 6 months ago and everything was fine. It took very good pics in all sorts of conditions. Then very recently I started noticing green and purple streaks which also appeared on the pics.
From reports i've read online this is very common and the next thing to go is the lcd itself. The average timeline for this is about 18 months. DONT BUY THIS CAMERA!! -

Cons: Only Downside is JPEG image is low in quality.

Summary: Got this camera 5 months ago. After 3 months I could take any picture outside because all pictures coming white. Nothing could be seen. Sending back to repair to Fuji. Fuji kept the camera 2 months and after 2 months they send me back heavily used camera with a lot of scratches. I called them up ask for my camera or something, and the guy told me that they could send me another used camera but they could not send me new camera. I barely used my camera and now I ended up getting heavyly used and scratched camera. Their customer service is horrible. Do not buy FUJI products. If it is broken, they won't fix it and send you a used one.
