"Ideal for travelers and clumsy people"
Pros: As someone who likes the beach and water sports, I find this camera is a blessing for being able to take it anywhere under wet or dirty conditions and not have to worry about it. Being waterproof (up to 3 meters) I can wash it or take it swimming.
Cons: It's very slow to take pictures, and turning it on/off is very slow as well. This is the biggest, and possibly only, drawback for an otherwise extremely versatile cheap camera.

Pros: Takes very clear photos out of the water
Takes nice photos underwater if you dont use the flash
Videos underwater are very clear
Tons of cools features to edit and resize photos/videos in the camera
4 Gb SD card ensures lots of photosCons: Shutter button is worse design ever
Play mode button too close to T zoom.
Water drops stay on lense
Noise above the water, when camera is submerged.
Underwater photos with flash have waterspots
