- Impersonal customer serviceSummary: DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP! It stopped working after a few days of undemanding use: near the water, but not submerged in it. Water was visible inside the body, but no damage apparent anywhere. Fuji denied warrany, claiming "improper" use (such as putting camera in the water with the battery compartment open, a fairly absurd suggestion unless the owner is developmentally challenged) and demanded $100 for a refurbished camera.
