- good image quality even in maximum optical zoom
- good in macro shots
- video quality is good although it's not HD
- small and light weight
- excellent for beginners!Cons: - sometimes it's hard to focus even in well-lit areas
- aperture must be adjusted to 8 and up.
- sometimes, the image on the LCD looks good but if you view it on a computer, you will see the noise and the low image quality.Summary: Best camera on its price range. If you're a beginner and looking for a non-DSLR camera, GE x5/x500 will be great for you. I must admit, image quality is not that good especially in low-light areas but using some software, you can enhance the color of the image. Good luck to those who want to buy this one! :)
