Summary: The bottom line is that HP should be ashame of producing such a horrible piece of equipment. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA. We bought it new and regretted it from day 1.

"Broke down three times!!" on
Pros: Great customer service. Great picture quality, when it works.
Cons: HP replaced camera twice because of broken lens mechanism, and once warranty was over I fixed it myself and found major design flaws. Camera has problems focusing in less than ideal light conditions. I paid top dollars when it first came out.

Pros: Easy to carry, good quality pics for prints, simple user inter-face, great for first-time user.
Cons: POOR battery life (any type), hard to view window, poor video mode operation (20-40 seconds at best with terrible sound quality), very slow re-charge between pics. NEVER,EVER remove sd card before turning camera off. (Fried 128mg sd card)
