Pros: It's very easy to use. It takes great pictures. It takes AA batteries. I like that it has internal memory, plus it takes a memory card. The zoom works pretty good, but not great. This is a great first camera.
Cons: There is sometimes a wait between pictures, so you miss your shot. The screen is very small. It's difficult to see through the view finder if you need to use it. The software is no good. The dock was worthless.
Summary: I like this camera alot. It is very easy to use and very basic. It's a perfect first digital camera. I've used it for 5 years, and I've never had a problem with it. I keep rechargeable batteries on hand so I'm always ready. It has a self-timer that's handy,and there's plenty of memory, with the internal, and the optional memory card. The pictures are always sharp and clear. Compared to more up-to-date cameras, this one is a little bulky, but it's solid. I bought the camera dock when I bought the camera, and right away it stopped working, I returned it for another and soon it stopped working. That was a real waste of money ($80!!) When all you have to do is plug the camera into the computer with the supplied USB cord, and the pictures will transfer, using the Kodak software. But I bypass the software whenever I can because it's really terrible. I updated it several times, but it just hasn't gotten any better.
I'm ready to upgrade to a camera with higher MP, and one that takes videos. It will be another Kodak Easyshare.
I hope I will be as satisfied with my new camera as I am with this one. -

Pros: Quality may not match teh newer cameras out there now but it still takes great pictures. I have had this camera for 9 years and it still works great!!! The kodak software is simple and easy to use makeing this camera a great buy!
Cons: The only thing i dont like about this camera is that it has a slow shutter speed, its about 1.2-2 seconds
Summary: This product is a great buy for the ameature photographer!! I love this camera soo much i have dropped it countless times, bent the lens-then bent it back- and it still works great! anyone who would like to learn about taking pictures should definately buy this camera!!!!

Pros: easy to use functions and software
Cons: takes crappy photos the quality isn't that great. takes too long to start camera up. takes too long to take pictures not very fast. have to really press button down hard to take a picture. very low battery power
Summary: i didn't like this camera at all it isn't that good. pictures didn't turn out like i wanted them to had to take several to get one good shot. starting it up took forever and taking photos took a long time not great if you are trying to capture a moving object. the lens keeps zooming in and out when it's turned on so it takes like atleast 10 mins to take one photo and even when you have pressed the button it continues to zoom in and out until it finally allows you to take a pic. the battery power isn't that great even when you are using rechargeable batteries it seems like i am always recharging the batteries and i even tested them in my discman (cd player) and the batteries worked perfectly fine it didn't show them as dead like my camera did i could get more use of those batteries in my discman then in the camera. when i press the button down to take a picture sometimes it doesn't work i have to press atleast 4 or 5 times before it will actually work. all in all this camera sucked it has the bare minimum not a great long term investment. from now on my camera's are going to be nikkon they are one of the best camera's out there

"Falls apart in no time" on
Pros: Takes great pictures and the initial value appears to be worth it/
Cons: After having this camera for about 18 months, the front casing began to fall off. Turns out that it will cost $125-175 so needless to say I am buying a new one. BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING!!

Pros: Easy to use when working properly.
Cons: Unreliable camera. Serviced camera 3 times in two years and still not working properly.
