"The Perfect Camera" on by babiegurl147

Pros: light-weight, sleek, easy to use, quick picture taking, long battery life

Cons: Can't tell how much battery life there is left, which doesn't matter too much because the battery lasts long anyway.

Summary: I love this camera! This is the first digital camera I bought for myself. It is very easy to use and it is really well priced. It takes pictures quickly (unlike some of the lower priced cameras)so you're able to get the pictures you want without making people stand around or having to retake pictures. I have received many compliments on this camera as well. If you're looking for a camera that isn't too expensive but works like a more expensive camera, this is it.

"Kodak is not usually like that" on by tameresuce

    Pros: Low price
    Very easy to set up
    Rechargeable battery

    Cons: Very poor picture quality
    Cheap buttons

Summary: This camera is very easy to set up and comes with a rechargeable battery and a great price. However, you truly get what you pay for! The picture quality is horrible. Some people in other reviews have stated that the picture quality is similar to a blackberry phone. It's true! The pictures are very grainy and the colors are not natural.

"Horrible picture quality!!!" on by poolguy2479

    Pros: -Long battery life
-Quick shooting to capture candid moments

Cons: -Horrible picture quality, especially indoors. Color is way off and pics come out very grainy with alot of noise indoors and in low light. ISO setting does a slightly better job.
-No manual settings and auto settings not that great.

Summary: I had an older 3 megapixel Kodak that took better pitures and had beter picture quality than this 7 megpixel. I was honestly surprised at the horrible picture quality. I upgraded to get a faster camera to catch my kids in candid moments which was successful but wish I would have done more research before I bought this camera. Don't waste the money on this camera, there are better ones for less money out there.

"Not Much Bang for Buck" on by ColumbusConcierge

Pros: Large LCD Screen (2.5" diagonal), Easy to Use Features, Very Lightweight and Compact - I store it in the larger of the Cell Phone Pockets in my Cargo Pants.

Cons: The Features that make it easy-to-use don't seem to work very well. The ISO gives a graininess equivalent to ISO 800 - with medium or low light. Red-Eye seems to be an omni-present problem, regardless of setting. I much prefer my CX3400

Summary: I received this for Christmas 2007 to replace my CX 3400 (3.1mp/no zoom) - I prefer the CX3400 - and will peruse the 5.0mp 4x or better zoom options in the CX/DX models.

"Great Camera, Great Price!" on by SydKrieg

Pros: High Mp for the Price, Good Features, Sleek Design, Good Quality

Cons: Battery is ok could be a little better

Summary: This is probably one of the best cameras that you would want to give to your children or friend for there very first digital camera. This is a really great price for the camera and its features
