"An okay point and shoot but not worth the $$$"
Pros: Small, sleek, slim, stylish, large 3" LCD, lots of features
Cons: Takes mediocre pictures. Unless you're outside in bright light chances are you won't get a very good picture. Indoor shots in low light are not very good. Lots of noise in pictures
Summary: I was really looking forward to this camera coming out since I've been a Kodak user since my first digital camera. I wanted to upgrade from my V550, but buying this was actually down-grading in my opinion. This camera doesn't take the sharp, clear pictures I hoped it would. But on the flip side, its packed with features such as many different scene modes (more than other brands) and other different settings to choose from. Overall its an OKAY camera, but its not really worth the $200 I paid for it. In the end I just wasn't at all happy with the picture quality. I should have kept my V550 which took great pictures. I ended up taking the M883 back to the store and got a Sony Cybershot which I love.
