"So far, so fine;-)" on by blerten
Pros: Solid, great EVF/LCD
Cons: Too early to tell
Summary: I find myself needing to shoot meetings in typical fluorescent light, without flash. I gave up on pocketable point-and-shoots. I've only had it a date, but this seems to me to live up to the highly rated Panasonic Lumix, then some (can zoom during video, etc.) So today, fresh out of the box, my success rate in such a meeting was probably 80 percent, compared to 40 percent before, thanks to image stabilization
Kodak has simplicity down pat, and each generation improves on the last in that regard (this is, um, my fourth Kodak digicam in the past six years.) I'll be anxious to read the "pro critic" reviews, but ... I believe I've made the right choice!
