"Great camera for the ameteur photographer"

Cons: No image stabilization, minimal information in users manual
Summary: I think this camera is wonderful for the amateur photographer. The picture and color quality is incredible. It does not have any image stabilization for when you're using the zoom, but a small tripod or some other flat surface is a nice solution. This camera has multiple settings so it's fun to take pictures in different settings and compare them for the best results. I absolutely love the auto setting on this camera. Other camera's I have owned claim the auto settings would choose the best results and did not live up to their claim. The auto setting on this camera truly does choose the best settings for the conditions, so you don't have to worry about the settings when you don't have time. The camera is a little slow between each picture (because it allows you to review the picture you just took for a few seconds), but that's why I like the continuous shooting mode. You can take 3 consecutive pictures in a row (or 30 consecutive pictures and the camera will save the last 3) so you don't miss the precise moment you're trying to capture. Overall, it's a fabulous camera. I'm very glad I purchased it.
