"Do Not Buy!!!!!!!!!" on by fury3
Pros: It worked for a year. It's small.
Cons: It only works for a year. Very slow in low light.
Summary: Myself and a friend both bought this camera a little over a year ago. Both cameras stopped working almost exactly a year after purchase. With both cameras lines began to appear moving across the view screen. These lines were also in any photos taken with the camera. Eventually the screen just went black. Buyer beware! I can see one defective camera, but two that were bought seperately from different sellers?!

"very poor, wish there was a better word than poor .." on by FT35
Pros: small fits in pocket
Cons: poor breaks down fast and does not work
Summary: this is the second one of this kind I have had.
the first one broke with in one month.
I brought it back to where I bought it from and they replaced it.
now one year later the new ( replaced ) camera is doing the same thing as the one I turned in.
the view finder starts to get lines in it. the lines are also transferred to the picture.
then the lines become colored bars which again are on the pictures, so the pictures are not viewable.
In my opinion this camera is not worth the money. not even for half the money..
unless they have a 100% guarantee replacement for as long as you won it. but this will not happen.
so please do yourself a favor..do not guy it. -
"POOR QUALITY - DO NOT BUY" on by lynnersmd
Pros: It is small and takes good pictures
Cons: It is ALWAYS broken or under repair
Summary: I have had my dimage x20 for 1 year and 5 months. After the first 4 months, I had to repair the camera after pictures came out blurry and the lens stopped focusing. Now, 1 year later, I have to send it in again because the display has completely stopped working and is only showing a black screen. This camera is only good if you want it to work for a maximum of 4 months to 1 year. Overall, it is a very poor product from Konica Minolta and I would not buy it again.

"Great camera for the price; short life" on by dpodo
Pros: Compact, good picture quality, easy to use, standard batteries
Cons: Stopped working after only a year and a half...
Summary: Nice point and shoot camera that's easy to carry and use, and it takes decent pictures. Standard batteries are a plus (you can run into any store and get AAs in a pinch). Unfortunately, the camera stopped working before less than 1.5 years after purchase (no picture, the camera menus work fine, though), and one online forum suggests this ia a common problem.

"2 years and still going strong" on by sukumvit
Pros: Fast startup, takes nice pictures
Cons: Strange auto focus
Summary: Not bad. Had this for 2 years, still going strong. Never had a problem, love it. Love the lens, Auto focus is a bit slow and odd. The thing can't take in much picture, i mean when you take the picture, the picture is not wide enough but is high enough. Not bad at all this thing. I love it, 2 years and is perfectly ok.
