"great for a first digital camera"
Pros: pictures come out good, easy to use, not expensive.
Cons: slow flash, have to buy a memory card
Summary: For my first REAL digital camera, I like it a lot. I saved my money, bought it and was very happy. It was easy to figure out... you don't have to be a genius. I was a little unhappy that I had to go out and buy an SD card, but I got a $50 rebate for the camera so it worked out ok. I don't use all the modes it has, so I can't really judge on that. I use it mostly for taking pictures to put online, and I will eventually print some out. I don't like that the flash is slow, but I can live with it. I think it is a very good camera for beginners or simple uses.
