"Light Full Frame Body & Awesome Image Quality"4.5 starson by wolfbreath
Pros: Full Frame Sensor
High resolution and dynamic range
Easy access to HDR and Time Lapse options
Cons: Not nearly as solid as D700 or D3 in terms of build quality
Huge file sizes
Summary: That's too bad Nikon's reputation has been tarnished by the sensor problem that's affected so many users. I've been lucky enough to have been spared. The D600 really is exciting to use.
The first thing I noticed is that the autofocus is fast and accurate as hell compared to other cameras I've worked with. Second, the body feels pretty light for its size! That's great for travel, accept I'm afraid to drop or bump this thing. I know it's not a cheap build, but I have my doubts.
This camera is well balanced and has great quality pictures. It speaks for itself. I do recommend it if you can get one that's non-defective.
