"Oly 4/3 system expands to consumer market"
Pros: 4/3 technology in 8mp resolution exciting concept. Oly dares to be different with non-slr camera design. Still only system built digital from "ground up".
Cons: Newfangled design may "put off" traditionalist, prudish, "uptight", photographers.

"So far, the one to beat for the $1000 and under price range."

Cons: If anything, the only con for this system is that it's still a growing lineup. With ony 8 lenses, some will say your extremely limited... however, in it's favor, it is a lineup that is expanding rapidly with another 8 lenses, a new flash and other access

Pros: Features features features. Feature for feature, I prefer to the Digital Rebel (also a great prosumer SLR).
Cons: None as of yet.
