Your opinion does not agree with any of the professional reviews I have seen. From my experience with Olympus, I will have to believe the pros on this one because I have yet to see any Olympus have good Image quality, and low noise capabilities. I think you just sunk your money into a camera that you should have looked at the reviews first or you are a Olympus fan, which I will never understand how anyone can be a fan of Olympus cameras. Not one, not one of their cameras have ever received a excellent review, mainly because of their poor performance in IQ, slow focusing, or white balance and terrible noise reduction. I think you should have looked before you leaped. The new Panasonic L10 is a cousin to this camera but it has excellent IQ, fast focus, perfect white balance and is the best of any Panasonic in Noise reduction. The Canon Pro Rebel XTi or Nikon 80 or much better cameras than the Olympus. If you wanted Live view, then you should have waited for the Panasonic L10. I am sorry to bust your bubble, but you should just stay away from anything from Olympus until they decide to get better lenses, and make a better camera.
