Cons: SLOWER than it should be

Summary: My wife bought this for me last year. It was my first high-megapixel camera. She bought it based on the recommendation of the sales clerk, who was a photography student. Yes, it does have a quality lens, but this camera is SLOW. Massively slow. I bought the higher speed xD memory chip, and this didn't help. I also have had a problem with the battery door. It's a poor design; its on a corner of the camera and while I don't remember dropping it, it broke off one of the little clips that it clicks into. I don't like the camera and wouldn't recommend this model to anyone.
