"being returned as I type"
Pros: the shots that turn out are pretty good
Cons: slow, horrible with low light., easily confused indoors
Summary: I do a lot of shooting indoors.. Weddings, family functions, kids in the house. This thing can't take a indoor picture without absolutely perfect lighting. It also seems to produce a lot of blurred images. In high-zoom/low-light conditions it would take an abnormally long time to focus, check, refocus, then finally take the picture. Using the shutter lock or not.
The wife is attempting to return it right now in exchange for a canon sd700 IS. More than we wanted to spend but if it'll do what we need, it is what we have to do.
