"Good things in a small package" on
Pros: This was my first digital camera, and I'm very impressed with the features and quality. Used mostly for landscape and still outdoor shots and in super-macro mode, I've had superior pictures when compared to other similar cameras. I actually like the much-
Cons: I've had the same difficulty as others getting sharp pictures while holding the camera in super-macro mode or when following a moving target. Menu navigation is a bit tedious, as is having most features explained on the CD, not in the printed manual. I d

"wish I didn't buy it" on
Pros: small, compact design. Takes excellent outdoor pictures where natural lighting helps the picture quality.
Cons: Almost all indoor pictures appear blurry even with flash. Not worth using in low light situations unless you like dark blurry pics. Bought this camera as an alternative to my SLR for occasions when a bulky camera was to large to carry. I should have done

"An excellent point & shoot camera. Worth every cent!" on by seshanand
Pros: Waterproof, lightweight, color, clarity, great battery life with flash, intuitive & very accessible controls.
Cons: I lost mine on a holiday trip! But I guess that was not the camera's fault! A very good camera nonetheless!
Summary: I bought the Olympus Stylus 410 digital from Abesofmaine.com after seeing how my friend's Olympus D-560 Zoom had performed for over 2 years! He had taken some 3600 pictures withthat camer and it was still doing a great job. I had the Stylus 410 for a little over 5 months and had taken some 1200 pictures with it, before I lost it! Had no problems with the controls or the menu; in fact, never used the user manual! Olympus does a great jo with color and image saturation. Own a Fuji now, but still miss the Olympus. A very solidly built, camera, that takes care of everything so you can focus on just pointing it in the right direction. Dropped the camera a few times too, no problems! This camera will not be a waste of your money.

"Amazing camera, does exactly what i wanted" on
Pros: I love this camera, it's light weight, very very sturdy and absolutely perfect for the out doorsy type. It fits in my brief case when i am working, and in my wifes purse when we go on trips. I have already taken this to our house in California on lake t
Cons: have a few problems but not many compared to the pros. It really should come with more than 32Mbs. The screen is ultra small, 1.5" but that is to be expected if you want a small portable camera, so that is understandable. The movies are really only com

"Stay away from Olympus" on by stateworker
Pros: Small camera
Cons: This camera started having problems the first 6 months. But don't depend on your warranty with Olympus. They will not back the warranty up even if you follow their instructions to the "t".
Summary: I am now seeing through my research that others are having the same problems with Olympus Customer Service. They do NOT honor their warranties. The product is inferior if it starts breaking down and key functions fail within the first six months as mine did. There are too many good alternatives out there to inherit this headache.
