Cons Don't try to use it outside in the sun.
Summary I got this for Christmas. Loved the camera when I used it inside. When I went outside to take pictures in the sun, I found that if its sunny you can't see the LCD! Called Olympus tech support and was led to the brightness control for the LCD. It helped only a little. Tech support confirmed that this is a known problem and didn't comment when I told her I was going to return the camera.

Summary This is my 3rd Olympus digital camera. The camera works well in dim to little or no light. It's a great camera for money compaired to what is out there.

Cons The Olympus Stylus Cameras has one major design flaw which is the battery cover. A piece of cheap plastic is screwed onto a metal hinge and when you push the hinge closed the plastic is what keeps the door closed. It eventually breaks w/normal use
Summary This would be a good camera for everyday use, but I will not buy another Olympus until they make the battery cover stronger that it will not break from just opening and closing the battery cover. Their warranty is worthless as they will claim that you have dropped it when you try to get it repaired.

Cons useless outside
Summary On a sunny day the LCD screen is useless. You just have to guess what you are shooting. Indoor flash photos are blurry if your subjects move (ie children). The controls are not intuitive. Well not worth $209.

Cons Lousy customer service
Summary Camera lasted 8 weeks before various components failed. Olympus said that "due to its age" it could not be repaired and would we like to buy a new one. There are no prizes for guessing my reply.
I would rate it as 0 if I could!
