"inadequate results with standard settings"
2.0 starson by mitchgordPros: Very compact, high resolution, outdoor scenery shots are nice
Cons: It should take nice photos in most circumstances in the hands of anyone. Definitely doesn't.
Summary: This is supposed to be an entry-level digital camera that takes great shots in the hands of anybody in pretty much any typical picture-taking circumstance. It doesn't live up to this. If there's motion or low light, it's going to be a screwed up picture. The old 2- and 3- megapixel Olympus models used to be MUCH more forgiving. So I'm now tweaking around with settings, and the results are somewhat better, but still not satisfactory. I wish I had shopped around a bit more and maybe spent $200-300, since this camera was largely a waste of money.
