"Stay away from it!"
Pros: 7 mega, small, good zoom
Cons: slow, feels cheap, pixel quality is horrible, low quality, bad customer service at Pentax repair center
Summary: I have this camera for a year and I have to say that I am not satisfied at all. My old 3 meg. pixel canon takes better pictures. Since the beginning the camera freezes all the time, looks actually very cheap when in your hands , and it is slow. But I was able to take pictures with it so I kept it.
However, after 6 months it would start shutting itself down, some of the pictures were just all black and the lens cover would not open. Since it was under warranty I send it back for repairs. They found a small scratch on it, told me the warranty would not cover it because I abused it. After that they send me estimate of repair and wanted to charge me $110 to fix. Pentax shame on you.
