"Great Point-and-Shoot for a photographer on a budget." on by CRL713

Pros: Huge amount of tools and settings to make your pictures exactly the way you want them, like the scene modes and intelligent auto. The 12 megapixel (4000 x 3000 resolution) lens takes high quality photos, and the video feature is great as well. I also lo

Cons: Full digital zoom (20x) is extremely blurry, but you can always not turn it on.

Summary: The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH1 is one of the best point-and-shoots for anyone either unwilling or unable to shell out the money for a high-budget camera. It's features are extremely well fleshed out; I'm still finding new ways to explore photography with this camera. It takes high quality pictures and video, and has an extremely portable, compact, and sleek design. I'd recommend this camera to anyone.
